They are made of the highest quality fiberglass and polymer concrete. The base is fiberglass and the top ring and cover are polymer concrete. Polymer Concrete combines polyester resin with aggregate and is reinforced with fiberglass for exceptional strength and durability. These units are ideal for incidental traffic applications for Telecommunications, CATV and DOT(Department of Transportation) projects.
